Services and Scope

VPNIW provides network acceleration for access to services in mainland China and cross-border access subscriptions, covering 110+ countries / 150+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The account panel lets you manage plans, get clients and subscriptions, view orders and submit support tickets.

Coverage describes the overall route resources. It does not mean every route is always connectable or that every website or app is accessible. Refer to the directory and labels in your account for route details. Third-party website accounts, content licenses and regional rules are managed by their operators; this service does not include memberships to that content.

Accounts and Subscription Terms

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details, subscription address and account credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. A subscription address grants access and should not be posted publicly or shared with others.

There is no device limit for simultaneous connections, for use by the account holder on their own devices. This does not permit sharing between users. Reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, publicly distributing access, or using a subscription to provide commercial access to others is prohibited.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; the price difference for an upgrade partway through a billing period is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Check the billing method before activation. Monthly reset rules do not apply to data packages.

Requirements for Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in the regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites and apps they access. Using this service for illegal activities is prohibited, including cyberattacks, fraud, violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property, and distribution of illegal content.

Do not disrupt route operations, access another person’s systems without authorization, or use malicious automation that harms other users’ connections. Users are responsible for confirming that their access and use of content are lawful. VPNIW’s privacy claim is anonymous, no-log service. See the Privacy Policy for the scope of data processing; this claim does not remove users’ compliance responsibilities.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on local networks, carrier routing, destination websites, device settings and route maintenance. VPNIW does not guarantee fixed speeds, latency or continuous availability, nor that third-party apps will always have the same access conditions. If you encounter an issue, first check your subscription status, then follow the Troubleshooting Guide.

Maintenance, upstream network failures or events beyond our control may interrupt the service. For issues that can be addressed, we will investigate based on the circumstances and announce important changes through site notifications. Issues caused by changes to third-party content or incorrect user settings will be assessed according to their actual cause. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or user rights under applicable law.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Log in to your account and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Include the relevant order information so we can verify the payment. You do not need to provide your account password or full subscription address.

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check the plan, amount and order status before paying. If you are charged more than once or the order status is incorrect, explain the issue in a support ticket. Refund processing and payment status are handled through support tickets. The time for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; these terms do not guarantee a fixed arrival time, and the refund above does not require proof of a service fault.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If there is illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of the service, or misuse of account permissions, VPNIW may suspend the relevant access based on the specific risk and investigate. Account access may be terminated if a serious or ongoing violation of these terms is confirmed. If you disagree with the outcome, explain your position in a support ticket and request a review. Fee disputes will be handled under the refund terms and applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, along with an updated month of last revision. Changes that materially affect subscription benefits will be explained through site notifications. New terms will not retroactively reduce refund rights that already apply. If you have questions about a change, contact support through your account before continuing to use the service.
