INWARD · WORLD / Route Selection Desk

For access to mainland China or international websites, first identify the direction you need, then choose a route. VPNIW includes both types of access in one subscription, with unlimited devices and data options to suit different usage patterns.

Accessing mainland China content from abroad and visiting international websites from your local region use different exit locations and network paths. When choosing a route, look beyond the region name: first check which region the service you want to access expects, then confirm the route label in your client. IW in VPNIW stands for Inward · World, reflecting these two directions. The client window on the homepage is a static interface preview. The data bar illustrates plan allowances; it does not show account usage or connection status.

When choosing a subscription, consider your destination, when you use it, and your data habits. Browsing, remote collaboration, and extended video streaming place different demands on routes and data allowances. Connect from a device you use regularly, then test with the websites you actually need. That gives you a more useful picture than comparing advertised speeds alone. The sections below cover privacy, devices, content access, and billing. Setup details are in the guides, and the troubleshooting handbook organizes fixes by symptom.

Routes, privacy, and devices
— a practical checklist for everyday use

LINE / Choosing a Route

Check evening peak-hour performance during your usual hours

Being able to open a website during the day doesn't guarantee the same experience streaming video in the evening. To see whether a route suits your daily use, test the same destination at the times you normally go online, keeping your device and local network consistent. VPNIW offers routes for access to mainland China and international destinations; use the region and route type shown in the client to choose. If performance slows, check your local connection first, then compare another route in the same region rather than switching between countries repeatedly. Performance depends on the route, destination service, and local connection. Real-world use matters more than a single speed test.

PRIVACY / Privacy Practices

Anonymous, no-logs service starts with your account and settings

VPNIW describes its privacy approach as anonymous and no-logs. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login details safe. Don’t post subscription details in public forums, and hide your password and subscription credentials when contacting support. Network connection policies and destination websites’ account rules are separate matters. You remain responsible for managing website logins, browser storage, and device permissions. See the privacy policy for details on how service information is handled.

DEVICES / Multi-Device Use

Unlimited devices, with setup required on each one

VPNIW supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. There’s no device limit, but connection methods can differ from one device to another: network permissions, background activity, and import steps vary between computers and mobile devices. Start by testing your most-used device, then set up the others one at a time. Keep an eye on data usage across devices, as downloads, video, and sync tasks can all use your allowance. Switching devices doesn’t require a different plan, but check your current subscription status.

AI / Tool Access

For AI Tools, keep your route and session consistent

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, network access is only one part of the experience. Account region and platform rules can also affect results. VPNIW can be used to access international websites. After choosing a route, test the full flow in your browser: sign in, submit a prompt, and check the response. For longer sessions, try to keep the same exit region to avoid additional checks caused by frequent changes. If a page loads but a feature doesn’t work, check the platform’s message instead of assuming the route is at fault. AI tool availability can change; this service makes no guarantee of permanent availability.

MEDIA / Content Access

For streaming and mainland China content, check the destination region

Whether you’re watching Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, or HBO, or accessing mainland China content from abroad, first check which region the content is available in. The route’s region and your account’s region may differ. Loading a homepage doesn’t mean the catalog or playback access is available. After connecting, test the content you want to watch, including playback, seeking, and resolution settings, before deciding whether to keep using that route. For longer viewing sessions, keep an eye on your remaining data. Platform policies, licensing, and network conditions can change, so verify access after connecting.

BILLING / Refunds & Billing

7-day refund policy: review the terms first

VPNIW offers a 7-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, review the billing method, data reset schedule, and refund terms, then pick an allowance that fits your usage. Monthly plans suit regular use and reset data each month on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. To ask about an order or request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details and what you need help with. Read the terms of service for full refund eligibility details; the homepage summary doesn’t replace the full terms.

NETWORK / Regions & Routes

Global routes: start with your destination

VPNIW covers 110+ countries and 150+ routes. The popular locations below are suggestions, not a complete list of routes available to your account. Check the user panel and client directory for current cities, route types, and available entry points. Region names help you choose an exit location; they are not speed rankings. For international websites, first check the region requirements of the service you want to use. For access to mainland China, choose a route for that direction rather than picking an international location at random.

IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections describe different network paths, not standardized performance tiers. A shorter path isn’t necessarily better, and a longer one isn’t necessarily unreliable. For interactive tools, check whether actions and responses remain consistent; for video, see whether playback continues smoothly. When comparing routes, change only the route. Otherwise, local Wi-Fi, background downloads, or a problem with the destination website could be mistaken for a route issue.

CLIENTS / Device Setup

Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription; client access depends on your account plan status. The platform links below lead to the panel’s download area. Public installers and live subscription URLs aren’t provided here. Before getting started, check your device’s operating system and follow its specific instructions. Don’t apply setup steps from another platform, and don’t assume every app is using the route just because the client says it’s connected.

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. After opening the panel, check your plan status, then get the client and subscription. Once imported, refresh the route list, choose a route for your destination, and allow any network configuration required by your system. Open the website or app you actually want to use and check that it works as expected. If the subscription won’t update, first check your sign-in status and local network. If websites work but one app doesn’t, review the client rules and that app’s network permissions.

Connection status may change when mobile devices switch networks or move to the background. On computers, check system proxy settings and app rules separately. If something goes wrong, note your operating system, the client message, route name, and when the issue occurred. Don’t share subscription details publicly. The guides explain setup for each platform, while the troubleshooting handbook provides steps by symptom. To get help from support, sign in to the panel and submit a ticket.

PLANS / Data & Billing

Choose a monthly plan or data pack based on how often you connect

Monthly plans reset data on your activation date and suit regular use. When choosing an allowance, consider browsing, video, downloads, and sync tasks across your usual devices. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. The homepage lists monthly plans by data allowance and doesn’t assign unsupported value-for-money rankings. Review your usage habits before choosing a larger allowance instead of basing your choice on device count alone.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

A starting point for research, web tools, and occasional access; whether it’s enough depends on your actual data use.

  • Includes 60GB of data
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • 7-day refund policy

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

For regular collaboration and video use, check your account’s data history to see if this allowance fits.

  • Includes 250GB of data
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • 7-day refund policy

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

For frequent video, downloads, and multi-device tasks, compare this allowance with your usage.

  • Includes 500GB of data
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • 7-day refund policy

Data packs: use them at your own pace; they never expire

Data packs are ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, and ¥658 / 3000GB. They last until used and never expire. If you connect only while traveling, for temporary projects, or occasionally, compare the billing differences between a data pack and a monthly plan. The no-expiration rule applies to the data pack, not to access on content platforms; route availability should still be verified for your destination. Monthly plans and data packs use data differently, so check which type you’re ordering.

Plan upgrades and payment: review your order before continuing

When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check the plan and order details shown in the panel; don’t assume the price difference means extra data is included. VPNIW supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Complete payment in the user panel. After paying, confirm your account status before getting the subscription and client. If the order details don’t match your expectations, keep the order information and explain the issue in a support ticket rather than repeating the process before your status is confirmed.

Your plan allowance determines how much data you can use. Route performance depends on your local network, the path you choose, and the destination service; these are separate things. A larger allowance is meant to suit your usage, not to guarantee faster speeds or access to content. All monthly plans reset every month on your activation date. Check the full plans page and terms of service for pricing, data pack rules, and refund details.

Setup, testing, and content access

Setup guides explain how to get started; testing methods help you decide whether a service suits regular use. Our editorial articles cover installation, route selection, and verification separately: complete the basic setup, test your usual destinations at the times you normally connect, then review your data usage to assess your plan. Use these methods to inform your own decisions—not to treat a single test as conclusive for every region, device, and time of day.
